I started my first blog in 2006. Completely by chance one of my friends showed me the basics of WordPress. After that, it was more like trial and error until I found the best way to optimize pages.

Since my websites back then were more of a hobby blogging site, I had enough time to learn things step by step. 

Berlin online marketing scene is very competitive. Thus, my DIY approach gives me an advantage as I have control over the whole process.  Production of the content, social networks, promotion, and admin work is done by me. That way I can understand how online marketing works and what is needed for the website to perform well. 

Currently, I run two websites: thian.org and weydinger.com, the one you’re reading right now. 

Over the years I become very interested in organic ways of getting traffic to the website. This gives me the opportunity to build my brand by paying zero for Google or Facebook ads. Sounds interesting?
